Camas' setting around Lacamas Lake and its mix of established mill-town neighborhoods with newer development toward the east means pest issues here often tie directly to moisture — lake-adjacent properties in particular.
Common pests we treat in Camas
Carpenter ants and moisture ants are especially common near Lacamas Lake and other damp areas of Camas, alongside the wasps and rodents typical of the wider Clark County area.
Our process
Every visit starts with a full inspection — identifying entry points, moisture issues, and current activity — before we recommend anything. From there, we favor non-chemical and reduced-toxicity treatments wherever they'll get the job done, back that up with physical exclusion (sealing gaps, screens, door sweeps), and build an ongoing prevention plan rather than treating pest control as a one-time fix. We handle residential, commercial, and crawlspace restoration work.
Why Camas homeowners choose PestLock
Properties near the lake need a different inspection focus than ones further from standing water — we check moisture-prone areas specifically rather than treating every Camas property the same way. We've served the Portland–Vancouver metro for over 20 years.
Service area
We serve Lacamas Lake area, Downtown Camas, and the surrounding Clark County communities. If you're just outside these boundaries, reach out — we likely still cover your address.
Also serving nearby: Vancouver pest control and Ridgefield pest control.
Our 60-day guarantee
Most pest control companies guarantee their work for 30 days. We guarantee ours for 60. For one-time treatments, if pests come back within 60 days, we'll return and re-treat at no charge — no extra paperwork, no fine print working against you. For ongoing plans, covered pests are re-treated free any time between scheduled visits, for as long as your plan is active.
